Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Period: You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Returns: Products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong item or a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products.
Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
